Proceeds from this store support the Robbie Fund. Because of this charitable commitment, we operate on a no-return, no-refund basis. This allows us to maximize the impact of every purchase and ensure more funds go directly to the cause we support together.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the charitable nature of our business and our made-to-order production model, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Color or style preferences
- Non-defective items
Our Quality Guarantee
While we don't accept returns, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a t-shirt with any of the following issues, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors or quality issues
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Incorrect item shipped
- Sizing errors (item manufactured incorrectly, not matching our size chart)
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We'll review your case and provide a solution, which may include sending a replacement item

Processing Time
All t-shirts are made-to-order. Please allow 3-9 days for production before shipping. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships - or a pick up notification when it is ready for pick up at the store.
