Made-to-Order Production
All of our t-shirts are custom-made to order. This means your item will be created specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow 3-9 days for production before your order ships. This production time is in addition to shipping transit time.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Canada (all provinces)
- United States
- Alberta (special local shipping available)
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Rates are calculated by the carrier. We offer the following shipping options:
Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping (Free within Alberta)
- Canada Post shipping rates
United States:
- Purolator shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Processing and Delivery Timeline
Your total delivery time includes two parts:
- Production Time: 3-9 business days to create your made-to-order product.
- Shipping Time: Varies by location and shipping method selected
Once your order is complete and ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
Charitable Mission
Because proceeds of each order go to support the Robbie Fund, we work hard to fulfill orders efficiently while maintaining quality. Your patience during the production process helps us maximize the impact of your purchase.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Since all sales are final due to our charitable mission, we cannot redirect packages or issue refunds for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipping outside Canada, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
